Coking pusher

The coking pusher of the four major trucks is mainly responsible for burning coal cakes into coke in the coke oven,and then pushing the coke out of the coke oven using a pusher rod.

Because there are two types of coke pushers for different types of coke ovens,one is for top mounted coke ovens,and the other is for tamping coke ovens.

The specific actions of the coke pusher are simply divided into picking the door,pushing the coke,cleaning the door,cleaning the frame,and closing the furnace door after the coal loading truck is loaded.

The general operation steps of a coke pushing car are as follows:walk to the furnace hole to be pushed,and after the alignment between the coke blocking car and the coke quenching car is completed,simultaneously remove the door with the coke blocking car.Then push the focus,and after the push is completed,the push rod retracts.

The structure of the coking pusher is basically the same as that of the top mounted coke oven equipment,but it has an additional tamping groove.When loading coal,the tamped coal cake is pushed by the pusher rod to the carbonization chamber to complete coal loading.After the coke is mature,the pusher rod is used to push it out.

Pushing operation:

(1)Align the coke pushing rod with the center of the carbonization chamber where the furnace door has been removed,and wait for the coke pushing signal before pushing the coke.

(2)When pushing the coke,the pushing rod should slowly approach the coke cake to prevent it from hitting the coke cake.Gradually accelerate after the contact between the coke pushing rod and the coke cake,and gradually slow down when you see the stroke mark on the coke pushing rod.When the stroke is in place,return the main controller to the zero position,and then exit the coke pushing rod at full speed.Gradually slow down when exiting the carbonization chamber.

(3)When pushing the coke,the driver's hand is prohibited from leaving the main controller.

(4)When the current exceeds,the coke cannot be pushed and should be reported to the shift leader.

(5)When pushing the coke,attention should be paid to the maturity of the coke,and if any coking is found,report it to the shift leader.

(6)When there is graphite on the top of the furnace,attention should be paid to the thickness,and at the same time,attention should be paid to whether the graphite removal device on the top of the coke pushing rod can enter to prevent the furnace top from arching up.

(7)To prevent coke from forming at the bottom of the carbonization chamber,check the movable bottom plate at the bottom of the coke pushing rod head frequently.If there are any adverse situations,report and handle them in a timely manner.
