7-meter coke pusher

The structure of the 7-meter pusher for stamping coke oven is basically the same as that of the pusher for top mounted coke oven equipment,but there is an additional stamping groove.When loading coal,the tamped coal cake is pushed to the carbonization chamber by the pusher rod,and then pushed out after the coke is mature.So it's called a coal loading and coke pushing truck.

7-meter coke pusher operation

1.If there is a sudden power outage or accident during coke pushing,the following steps should be taken to handle it:

(1)Immediately pull down the main switch or the control switch for pushing the coke and leveling coal,and return the main controller to the zero position.

(2)Release the motor brake and use a hand operated device to remove the coke pushing rod or coal leveling rod from the furnace.

2.The coke pushing rod falls into the furnace.When the distance is close,use a large screw or iron plate to pad the gear to pull back the coke pushing rod.When the distance is far,tie one end of the steel wire rope to the coke pushing rod,and the other end is threaded onto the driving wheel of the coke pushing rod to start the motor to pull back the coke pushing rod.Cool it down according to the length of time.When cooling,it should be placed in the middle of the furnace,and it is prohibited to place it on the middle or end platform.

3.Difficult to push coke treatment

(1)It is strictly prohibited to push the secondary coke without any treatment.

(2)Immediately report to the shift leader and heating team leader before pushing the coke,identify the situation,and handle it with the approval of the shift leader before pushing the coke again.

(3)More than three times of coke pushing can only be carried out with the approval of the workshop or factory chief on duty or the chief dispatcher on site.

(4)Clean the coke cake before pushing it again until the contraction joint is visible.

(5)Difficult to push coke can be processed in a short period of time.

(6)For carbonization chamber numbers with more than two rounds of coke pushing,assistance should be provided to the shift leader for inspection

(a)Is the furnace wall deformed.

(b)Check if the bottom bricks of the carbonization chamber are flat.Record the reasons for difficulty in inferring and the handling process.

(c)Check whether the coke side furnace frame is deformed,and whether the seam between the furnace frame and the furnace shoulder is deformed.

Job system

1.Shift handover inspection content:

(1)Check if the coke pushing rod is deformed,cracked,and if the graphite removal device is in good condition.

(2)Check if there are any defects in the pushing rod head and small machine head parts.

(3)Check for deformation of the coal leveling rod,and check for defects in the rope pulley and wire rope.

(4)Is the air compressor system in normal condition

(5)Is the coke pushing brake flexible.

(6)Is the electrical control system in good condition.

(7)Check if there are any defects in the door lifting,door removal,and wire twisting systems.

(8)Is there a problem with the hoist system.

(9)Whether the hygiene of the position and equipment meets the requirements.

(10)The condition of the track joint of the coke pusher,the contact between the running wheel and the track,and the contact between the friction brush and the friction rail.

(11)Tools and lighting conditions.

(12)Lubrication and oil level of each part.

Inspection before driving

(1)Check that the contact between the friction board and the friction circuit is good,and there are no obstacles or short circuits in the friction circuit.

(2)The electrical system on the vehicle is normal,and each operating button(or lever)is in the correct position.

(3)The interlock and limit device of the coke pusher is sensitive,and the stroke mark of the coke pusher is clear.

(4)The hydraulic system(oil pump,oil cylinder,oil tank liquid level)meets the usage requirements.

(5)The transmission mechanism on the vehicle(reducer,coupling,transmission gear,running gear,etc.)is in good condition;Running brake.

(6)The coke pushing rod has been tested and run on the maintenance and testing platform without any abnormalities.

(7)There are no obstacles in the operation platform on the machine side or the track of the coke pusher.
