Dry quenching lining plate

In coking production,the dry quenching process is a production process that uses a circulating gas to extinguish the red hot coke and recover the residual heat of the coke.It can fully recover the residual heat of 1000℃red coke and achieve zero emission of pollutants in the coking quenching production process,achieving the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection.In the dry quenching production process,the coke tank is an important equipment that runs through the entire production process,accepting red coke at around 1000℃pushed from the coke oven.Through the traction device and lifting device,the red coke runs to the top of the quenching chamber and is discharged into the quenching chamber by the charging device.Due to its long operating time and harsh working environment,the thermal carrying capacity of the focusing tank is required to be high.

The coke tank is mainly composed of a welded structural framework and a lining plate.The function of the village board is to seal the coke and protect the coke tank structure from burning out,so lining boards are required.In practical use,the village board at the inverted cone of the coke tank is prone to damage.This article analyzes the thermal stress of the inverted section of the coke tank,in order to provide a theoretical basis for extending the lifespan of the coke tank and the village plate.

Temperature field analysis:

The lining plate is in a high-temperature state,and the temperature load is a condition for the generation of thermal stress.Therefore,the analysis of temperature field is particularly important.The temperature of the coke tank gradually increases during coke storage,and the temperature of the village board changes,which is a transient process.
