The pushing rod of the coke pusher is an important equipment in the process of producing coke in the coke oven,and the pushing rod is the main component of the coke pusher.The coke pushing rod of the coke pushing car is composed of a series of structural components,including the rod head,front section rod body,and rear end rod body.During the coke pushing operation,the head of the coke pushing rod of the coke pushing locomotive comes into contact with the coke cake.From the contact between the coke pushing rod and the coke cake to the pushing out of the carbonization chamber,it takes approximately 81 seconds,stays in the air for about 9 minutes,and then proceeds to the next round of coke pushing operation.

Structural analysis of coke pushing device

The so-called coke pushing device is a device used to push mature red carbon out of the carbonization chamber,mainly composed of a coke pushing rod,a driving device,a coke pushing support roller,and an emergency device.The coke pushing drive device is a mechanical device that drives an open gear through a reducer and drives the gear rack on the coke pushing rod to rotate,causing the coke pushing rod to move back and forth.

The coke pushing device in China has two functions,namely automatic operation function and manual button operation function.During the normal operation of the coke pushing device,the position detection of the coke pushing rod of the coke pushing car is completed by the rotary master controller.In order to prevent the coke pushing rod of the coke pushing car from exceeding the front and rear positions,accident switches and movable gear racks are installed at both ends of the coke pushing rod to ensure the normal operation of the coke pushing device.

1.Dividing process units

In terms of sequential program control,the entire coking production process is divided into automatic process units based on their correlation.According to process requirements,it is strictly controlled in sequential logic.Except for automatic units that can be operated in parallel,they are strictly executed in sequence.If the automatic operation of the previous unit is not completed,the automatic operation of the next unit will never be executed.

2.Add control signals

For key actions,redundant methods are adopted at electrical contacts to ensure the signal source is fully automatic.At the same time,when the operator is performing furnace door operations,there is an operator confirmation signal set to indicate the operator's identity.

3.Linkage function

Interlock confirmation for each step during automatic operation,so that when the driver performs fully automatic operation,manual operation cannot be carried out simultaneously,and the manual button does not work,avoiding misoperation and system operation.

4.Equipment integrity rate

Full automatic operation requires high integrity of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the coke pusher and the interlocking of the four cars.Any damage or abnormal operation of any equipment will affect the full automatic operation.In response to the insufficient travel of some furnace number doors and the difficulty in opening small furnace doors,corresponding improvements have been made to the equipment on the vehicle.Each furnace door can be opened normally,so that the overall equipment integrity rate remains above.

The position detection of the coke pusher used to use the mode of detecting the locomotive position from the central control room(referred to as"ground location measurement"),which means that the central control room sends a carrier signal,and the locomotive receives the position signal and returns it to the central control room.The central control room decodes and restores the actual position of the locomotive.This mode has defects such as slow communication speed,long detection time,and inability to simultaneously detect multiple vehicle addresses.The mode of detecting locomotive position on the train(referred to as"on board address detection")is that the central control room continuously sends carrier signals for address detection to the coding cable through a carrier generator.The vehicle along the cable direction can receive the carrier through the address antenna box,and the address detector decodes and restores the locomotive position at a speed of 4-6 ms each time,and sends the address to the on board controller.The locomotive directly detects the current address.
