The base of the rising tube is a part of the rising tube,which is installed at the rising tube mouth of the coke oven roof to export the coke oven auxiliary equipment of the crude gas in the carbonization room.The rising pipe is composed of a cylinder,a bridge pipe,and a flap seat(also known as a water seal valve body).The rising tube body is a cylinder made of cast iron or welded with steel plates,lined with clay bricks;Some are also made with a jacket or spiral tube structure,where water or a heat carrier is added to the jacket or spiral tube to recover the sensible heat of raw gas.The upper part of the bridge pipe is equipped with a water seal cover to prevent the escape of crude gas from polluting the atmosphere.The turning point of the bridge pipe is equipped with an ammonia nozzle to inject hot ammonia water,which is used to evaporate and cool the crude gas.The bridge pipe is also equipped with steam nozzles or high-pressure ammonia water nozzles.When loading coal into the carbonization chamber,negative pressure is generated by steam or ammonia injection to guide the crude gas into the gas collection pipe,in order to reduce the smoke emitted from the coal loading hole.A flip plate(also known as a water seal valve)is installed on the flip plate seat.When coke is discharged from the carbonization chamber,the flip plate is closed,and the inlet of ammonia water sprayed from the bridge pipe,along with the structure diagram of the rising pipe and gas collection pipe,overflows around the flip plate,forming a water seal to prevent coarse gas from escaping from the gas collection pipe.For the operating conditions of the coke oven top,an insulation cover can also be added outside the rising tube to reduce the thermal radiation of the rising tube.

Before installing the base of the rising pipe,the elevation of the base brick and the size of the brick hole should be checked first.Then,the base of the rising pipe should be tried to install,and the surface of the brick should not be higher than the specified value by±3mm.At the same time,the size deviation of the base of the rising pipe should be checked.The base of the rising pipe should be flat and free of protrusions,burrs,and smooth surface.

When installing coke oven accessories,the asbestos rope should be glued onto the base of the rising pipe,and the bottom brick should be appropriately plastered with mortar.After installing the base of the riser,it should be concentric with the reserved holes in the masonry,with a deviation of±2mm.Before installing the base of the riser,a 5mm thick ceramic fiber felt should be placed and removed before starting work.

Installation of riser:

The rising pipe of the coke oven equipment is a device that first passes through the gas escaping from the coke oven.The cover of the rising pipe is opened before pushing the coke,and the back cover of the coal loading is placed.When the gap between the valve body and the socket of the bridge pipe is large,a asbestos rope is used to fill and block it.Usually,half of the air pollution on the top of the furnace is caused by the escape of raw gas from the rising pipe cover and valve body socket.From 1981-1983,the coking plant proposed to renovate the rising pipe cover and valve body socket,and organized relevant technical personnel to do a lot of work.It was successfully developed and put into use in September 1983.The development of the water sealed rising pipe cover and Yan body socket was a domestic innovation:microcomputer calorimeter,sulfur measuring instrument,coal quality analysis instrument,calorimeter.The original design of the L and 2 coal storage towers in the coking plant was 3 spans and 9 rows,with x square leakage nozzles.During the use process,it was found that the coal under the square leak was uneven and often suspended.The coal truck driver had to use long and short drills to poke the coal,which often affected the normal loading of coal due to delayed coal extraction.

The protective iron piece is one of the main equipment of the coke oven,which is responsible for protecting the bricks of the coke oven body and changing with the temperature of the coke oven.The change of the coke oven temperature is the important task of normal production of the coke oven.The protective iron parts for coke oven equipment include furnace columns,protective plates,furnace door frames,furnace doors,vertical and horizontal braces,etc.The installation quality of furnace protection iron parts directly affects the normal production and service life of the coke oven.The furnace protection iron parts are built first and then installed.Based on the summary of previous installation experience,it is concluded that qualified equipment is the prerequisite,preliminary preparation is the key,and pressure protection of the furnace door frame is the difficulty,as well as transportation and lifting.During the transportation of equipment,measures should be taken to protect it,especially when the edge of the furnace door knife deforms and affects the sealing.The furnace protection iron parts adopt a centralized lifting,unified adjustment and fixation method to accumulate errors.The sealing between the furnace protection iron parts and the coke oven should pay attention to the joints where thermal expansion needs to slide during the drying process.
