The belly plate of the furnace door blade is the core component on the coke oven door,playing a sealing role.The working temperature of the knife edge web is above 1000℃,and it is prone to fatigue fracture under alternating loads.It is one of the vulnerable parts in the coke oven door components,among which the fatigue fracture of the I part of the knife edge web is the main reason for the scrapping of the knife edge web.Therefore,the service life of the blade edge web will directly affect the improvement of production costs and efficiency for users.Before the improvement,the knife edge web plate was connected to the furnace door body using M24 bolts,which is a rigid connection.In working condition,in order to compress the knife edge sealing surface and the furnace door frame sealing surface,the spring was in a compressed state,causing deformation of theÉpart of the knife edge web plate.When preparing to discharge the coke,remove the furnace door and reset the spring,causing reverse deformation of theÉpart of the knife edge web.In this way,with each removal and installation operation of the furnace door,there is alternating deformation at theÉpart of the knife edge web.In addition,the knife edge web is in a high-temperature state,which can easily cause fatigue fracture at theÉpart,resulting in the entire knife edge web being scrapped.After the improvement,the knife edge web is floating connected with the furnace door body,and the spring presses the knife edge to make the knife edge sealing surface and the furnace door frame sealing surface compact,playing a sealing role.At the same time,the double end studs slide freely in the adjustment screw plug,so that the web is in a free state.When the furnace door needs to be removed for coke discharge,the spring is reset,and the double head studs are moved down accordingly,so that the knife edge web is still in a free state.Due to being always in a free state and no alternating deformation,the service life of the furnace door knife edge web plate has been improved after improvement.

Before the improvement of the small furnace door edge,the structure of the small furnace door edge was improved.The knife edge of the small furnace door adopts a knocking type knife edge,and the top pressure seat of the small furnace door and the small furnace door cover are manufactured separately and assembled together.The knife edge of the small furnace door needs to be matched with the small furnace door cover,that is,the stainless steel plate that forms the knife edge of the small furnace door is pressed tightly to the four edges of the small furnace door cover,and then the four corners are welded together.Therefore,the interchangeability of the knife edge of the small furnace door is poor;During use,the top pressure seat of the small furnace door is knocked to make the knife edge of the small furnace door tightly adhere to the sealing surface on the furnace door,resulting in poor sealing performance.After improvement,the structure of the knife edge of the small furnace door has been improved.The top pressure seat of the small furnace door and the small furnace door cover are cast into one,and after production,they are assembled with the small furnace door cover.The spring top pressure knife edge is used,so the interchangeability of the small furnace door knife edge is good;During use,the edge of the small furnace door automatically adheres to the sealing surface of the small furnace door by the compression force of the spring,providing a sealing effect.The force is uniform,the sealing effect is good,and the service life of the edge is also longer.
